About me.

Wannabe writer. Self acclaimed chef. Good listener. Bathroom singer. Fierce loyalist. Verbose. Wife. Daughter. Sister. Friend.  Impulsive. Determined. In love. City girl.

On the cross roads of life, at the brink of madness. A little crazy but managing just fine. This is my journey. I hope you enjoy it as I live it.

  1. Educated, of course.
    Unemployed? I don’t get that.

Usually when reading, does not a picture of the author form in the mind?
    Be it sketchy?

But not here, in spite of so much to read.
    I gave up.

    Very nice writings.

  2. What can I say, enjoy the writings then. 🙂

  3. Sorry, I apologise
    I didn’t mean anything personal.

    You describe your work
    yet say you are unemployed.
I am unable to find a reason
    why a dedicated doctor
    should be unemployed.

I like the way you write.
    Off the cuff,
    as the thoughts arise
    and flows.

  4. Didn’t take anything personally.I have to admit I am happy you came back inspite of the sketchy descriptions. 😛

Thanks for the praize.Hope to see you around.

  5. I know that thin line only to well;
been on it like a trapeze artist
    for many (many) years
    with no safety nettings.

    I am still intrigued,
with the skills of a true doctor,
    you avoided my question. 🙂

Blogroll me, check out my blog, as I have just done the same for you; I find your musings to be quite interesting.

Hmm..I thought I just left a comment. Alas, it is not to be found!

I found your blog by googling info on stat counters. I was directed to an older post of yours about your fascination with stats. I was just wondering if you still find yourself obsessed? I’m hopelessly inept at deciphering my own. I wouldn’t know if the girl sitting next to me at work was viewing my blog! Ack!

Anyhow, I found your blog to be very well written and amusing. I’m sure to be back to lurk and possibly comment

  14. leavingevangeline:
Welcome to my blog. You are most welcome to lurk, possibly comment. 🙂
Wordpress does not provide with a detailed blog stat. Also I write much less now. Since I only write for myself the obsession of whether my blog is being read has dwindled. It is a very liberating feeling.

  15. leavingevangeline

Well, I have found these nifty little invisible stat counters that I added to my blog…so I get a lot more info than the wordpress stats.

Still, I have no clue what I’m looking at. I just like to see the numbers I guess.

  16. hey,
been lurking on your blog every now and then . Am in india after quite a while and feel the same way about Delhi as you feel about mumbai. Dunno why , but also feel like talking to you.
Send me an email, if you’d like to do so and maybe I could send u a holler.
    Take care

  17. Your blog is like a breath of fresh air 🙂 got you rolled.

  18. I never knew you were the younger sister! Is there any way I can e-mail you, please? I have something I want to talk about in private…

  19. Leavingangeline:
Nah! thanks I am done with stat counters.

Thanks, not that I wouldn’t want to talk to you, I think it is best we communicate on the blog. That is if you still come back. 🙂

    Thank you.

There are a million things you don’t know about anyone that blogs. We feel we know, but we don’t. I have emailed you back.

  20. Hi det-res…
Lots of nice things going on here…
    some real good writing….

and I totally get how a highly qualified doctor can still be unemployed….

    Keep up the good work.

  21. Indian Medic:
Thank you for your compliments. I don’t get why an educated person should be unemployed for so long, unfortunately. Hence I still try. 🙂

  22. I like your blog. Please post more often?

  23. Ayushi:
