Withdrawal hurts just as bad.

I yearn to be in a hospital again. I can’t wait.

Scrubs. Odd hours. Smell of spirit.Sight of blood.

Strung colleagues.Nasty bosses. Difficult nurses.

Sick patients.Angry relatives.Ungrateful people.

Coffee with no milk. Cold cheese and tomato sandwiches.

How much I have missed my life. The only one I know.

The only one I want to live.

Yeah, don’t worry you will be soon there!

  4. It’s coming, it’s coming. And you’ll rock. πŸ™‚

Every time you mention cold sandwiches, my stay at the hospital while Mom was admitted comes back. :/

  5. All the best on your journey back there…it’s difficult to stay away for too long from what you are used to.

  6. All I can do is smile… πŸ™‚

  7. I don’t know you doctors & nurses do it, but I think anyone choosing a profession as yours is a pretty darn admirable thing! On behalf of us all…THANK YOU!

    What is with tapioca pudding?

Thanks, and welcome here.I think this is your first appearance on this blog. πŸ™‚

    Not worried, just frustrated. πŸ˜›

Oh no! That can’t be a good thing.Hope your mum is better now.

And love so much too. Thanks for your wishes.

    Smile away. πŸ™‚

I want to say you are welcome but then I don’t think it is any bigger than a commitment a teacher makes to young minds or a lawyer makes to uphold the law. I think all of us and our jobs are important and admirable in their own place. πŸ™‚

  9. That’s a lot to missβ€”and a lot to look forward to! πŸ™‚
