Scrabulous!
I have never played scrabble in my life. First Scrabble was for the older kids, then the smarter kids and then for boring kids. What ever it was I just never played scrabble.
I always wanted to. It looked like a lot of fun. The pink blue and then red and darker blue tiles appeared very inviting. I just never played scrabble. Until the week of Thanks-giving that is. And now I can’t seem to stop.
It has been that wish I thought will never get fulfilled. Like I always wanted to be a left-handed person or I want my blood group to be O+. These things don’t happen on a whim do they?
But you know what? A game a language a country or a talent can happen. One just has to get to it.

Aww well you were just too darn busy running around the colony with the rest of us playing Cops & Robbers…
But now that we’re grown up and just a game of Cops & Robbers won’t do, I’ll play scrabble with you. I haven’t for ages….

i read and went out and bought the game yesterday. played with old smells till the wee hours of the morning. my best word was savouries. i cheated twice.
cant wait to get home to play again.

a. try and pick an extra tile. if you manage put it in your pocket.
b. make up words as you go along. look extremely officious while doing so.
c. calculate quickly and hard. make it look like an algebra equation.
d. steal the ’s’ tiles from the board when no one’s looking. hum innocently.

For two months, I was hooked lined and sinkered. Started with the facebook stuff till I got seriously in at scrabulous.com
And now I am free again!
My life is mine again, or is it?

Oh I am going down the same route. And my life is totally taken over by the Scrabulous demon.
They let you think you have your life back but all I can think of is “lynx” will be a good word especially over the 3times your word tile.
